Remote Imagevue from Mobile Footer

This is a two part question.
First, how do you remove the imagevue logo from the footer of the image gallery.

Second, I've uploaded a .flv video into the gallery, but I'm not seeing the thumbnail to select and play the video.

Please help, thanks.

You can edit this item under admin -> settings -> mobile. However, keep in mind you need to have the gallery authorized to be able to

You mean you don't see any thumbnail at all? Imagevue cant create thumbnails from video files (unless your server has imagemagik module), but you should see a generic thumbnail. Also, FLV does not work for mobile, so that is why we recommend MP4 format. Got a link?

What do you mean by gallery authorized?
I have the field in mobile blank, but it still shows up. You can view it at m.catalystexhibit.com in a tablet. Look inside our gallery and you will see the logo image on the footer.

Regarding video, is mp4 all it supports? What is the max file size. It seems it doesn't like anything larger than 10MB. I can't find a way to bring mp4 under that threshold.

This is what I mean:
https://www.photo.gallery/documentation/authorization/
You must know if you authorized the gallery or not ... and by the sound of it, you did not. If you have a license, you can easily proceed to authorize it.

First of all, I am not sure what you are referring to with "it", but yes if you want it to for example work with iPhone/iPad and most other mobile devices, then you must use MP4. This is not because of Imagevue, but simply because these devices simply do not support FLV or other formats.

Max file size? There is no max file size for viewing the videos, and this is certainly no limit set by Imagevue. I am not quite sure what you mean "it doesnt like anything larger than 10mb" ... Are you referring to viewing or to uploading? Your server may not support uploading >10mb files through the http interface, so you may need to do this by FTP. As for viewing a >10mb file, this would only be limited by the internet bandwidth and the rate of the video ... not by Imagevue.

If you really want the best performance for videos, then why not consider uploading to Vimeo or Youtube? You may wish to host your own videos, but the benefits are: # Multiple size videos for different bandwidths and/or devices, # Superior bandwidth, save your own servers bandwidth, #Compatibility with all devices.

Either your gallery is not authorized, or you have not changed the footer in settings. If you give me a link, I can take a look, but until then I can't diagnose "it isn't working".
