PowerPack V2.2.2 in Imagevue X2.8.3.1

I install it in : Imagevue X2.8.3.1 and got this message::

I have the same problem. I'm installing into Imagevue X2.8.2. I put the Exra folder in my main folder with iv-config, etc. I'm told I've successfully logged in and then that same "missing files" message appears.
Please help.

I hope our problem is read and resolved by Artur and we can achieve a successful result with the PowerPack in Imagevue x2.8.3.1.
I'm sure the answer is something simple that we are overlooking ...
Again I need help ...

Hello.
Sorry guys, but I'm out of time currently.
This error is related to files security on your server.
You need to look at the files permitions and .htaccess file whether anything is blocking xml files.
This is all I can help you with this.

I have contacted HostGator and they helped me install the 'Extras'.
