Help about permission of new files

Hi,
Mi galery folder have chmod permission on 777. But, ig upluad a new photo from the internal upluader, all is ok (upload an new item on news module-powerpack) BUT the file on server dont have 777 chmod permission. Now this have 600 permission, and therefore i cant backup from my FTP the new content.
Can you help me?
(Sorry for my english).

You mean you dont have access to copy the files on FTP that were uploaded by the admin? It is your server that is setting permissions on files uploaded from the Imagevue admin, not Imagevue. I would find it strange that your FTP did not have permissions to access these files, but this you would need to ask your server support about ... Permissions 600 might be ok for uploaded files, depending on your server, but your FTP should have access to them all I think ...

Sorry, but yes, you need to contact server support. Imagevue does not set permissions on the files it writes to disk, but instead these are inherited from your server settings. Your files should be accessible by FTP even if created from a PHP script.
