Here you go, thank you for taking time to report this. It was caused by some strangeness in Windows handling PHP. We will include the workaround for this in the next release.

What login link are you referring to? The only time the login link displays, is if you have not changed the default login, which is very important that you do! If you change the login/password, the admin link does not display.
