Hello, is it possible in a future release to add if you turn html off that it can also redirect the visitor to the flash if they hit a link on google that spidered your html gallery? I tried setting up a redirect in my server but it is getting confused when I add the /? and doesnt load my site period.

Unfortunately, it is not that simple. If you add some redirect, or if we do it from some javascript or script, then Google will also follow the redirect ... Google is a smart animal, and basically it will figure out where the page is leading human visitors. If you do get it redirected to a flash page, then ultimately it will not even index the initial page anyway, but instead the page where the visitor is redirected which technically might not get indexed.
