I've added my new site on fotomoto and copied the key in to imagevue but the fotomoto button does not work and I have no idea why! Any ideas what the issue could be?

This is because you seem to have created your own index.html file ... Nothing wrong with that, but if you do so, you will need to update things manually. For example, the Fotomoto Javascript is not included into this document, something that is automatic with the imagevue index.php. See it works fine from this link:

Why are you using index.html in the first place? If there is no reason, then why not remove it and use index.php, which reacts to changes made in your Imagevue settings.
