Hello !

My flash gallery works great, it as been updated with the last version (2.8.1) and the last version of PowerPack.
Unfortunately, the mobile version doesn't work, either on my mobile (galaxy s2) or if i view the mobile version on my computer : the main page is OK but when I click on a folder, nothing happens (the "loading" icon appears for a sec but the main page keep being displayed...)

Any ideas ?

Page cannot be opened, so I can't even take a look. Are you moving the site or something?

Well it's working right now... I'm not moving the vsite, I guess there was a temporary dysfunction with my servers ??

I checked, and both the flash- and mobile site seem to be working now.

Well, the mobile version still doesn't work on my computer or mobile. The main page displays correctly but nothing happens if I click on a gallery, even if I use the menu at the top. I tried it on IE9 et the last version of Firefox, tried to clear the cache but it's the same...

Not sure, but did you check our demo gallery in your browsers?

I checked your server again, and either you have moved it, or your server is simply dead again.

Something is definitely wrong on server, and without server, I cant even check it naturally ..

Yes I checked the demo gallery that works fine.

I don't know what happened with the servers that host my website, seems like they had some troubles at the end of July but most of the time it's working fine...

Currently it's working each time I visit my website (I mean the internet version, not the mobile one...)

Still cannot access your website at all ... Do they have some IP blocks maybe as we are based in Asia?

That's weird... and worrying ! The servers are based in Canada, I'll ask them if they have IP blocks or other reason explaining that you can't acces my website...
And I'll tell you as soon as I have an answer...

NB : the website is hosted by "HostPapa", if anybody else uses the same servers...

Now it loaded suddenly ... I tried to run it through pingdom:

There is something strange going on with your server ... I got an error at pingdom. Not quite sure what it is, but it seems to be serving the same files multiple times.

I think I finally found the origin of the problem : I deleted the .htaccess and now everything seems to work fine either on the internet and mobile version !
And the Pingdom test is OK now (it loaded hundreds of the same files but now only once)

So I must have done something wrong with the .htaccess :

Still currently have a timeout here when trying to access your website from here ... maybe something cache / proxy cache ...
