nice site. Great photos!
Two things I would consider:
The menu+button transparent background is black, while your top/bottom bars are transparent white. It seems a bit inconsistent in the design. I would change either one or the other so that they are both either semi-transparent black OR white. See below
Your page is a bit heavy on design, which is fine, but I think the start photo should be something simpler without the the montage-effect. I would consider one of your best photos, and just display it there! With the logos and design going o around it, it would give a cleaner look to your intro page. After all, you have a photographic background in addition, so it kinda accumulates.

Thanks for your hints, I've changed a few things I think it's better now.. I'm still working on a few things but i'm getting somewhere now
