I am sorry if this topic is already up on here. I could not find it.

I have problems uploading music onto my imagevue site. I have uploaded in the past, and it has worked. I have music on at present, so it clearly works.

But, recently I have tried to add more music. I upload the file. It's confirming that the file is downloading, but once downloaded the file is nowhere to be seen in the folder.

Has the process changed? Or am I missing something?

There are three possible scenarios here, of which I would need gallery access to diagnose:

1. The mp3 files are not uploading correctly because your server does not allow uploading files of this size through a http interface. Try uploading by FTP.
2. Your new music files are not in fact mp3, but instead some new format like mp4 or ogg. Imagevue audio player only supports mp3
3. For some reason, your server is setting incorrect permissions on newly uploaded audio files.

Doubtful it is 3, so likely its 1 or 2.
