Hi,

I would condider myself a failry competent users of imagevue however im haveing great difficulty in locating the cause of a problem im having.

When i change the size of my thumbnails and then go to "create all thumbnails" option only some of the thumbnails are actually created. the others just have a small box with a question mark in however if you click them a page opens up with the correct image and resized thumbnail yet this wont show up on the front end gallery.

I have check all permissions on all of the files and they are set to full readable writable to all and run the imagevue diags with suggest everything is working fine.

Can you tell me exactly where the thumbnails don't display? I checked all folders in your gallery, and all thumbnails displayed fine.

A reason why thumbnails might not get created, is if the images on the server are too large. I cannot confirm what may have been the issue until I see an actual thumbnail fail to be created.

Ive just sent you a pm, you should be able to see what i mean when you try and re create all the thumbnails.
