Error editing background image

21 Feb 2012, 04:17

Hi together,

I got a problem editing my background image in a theme. I wanted to change my background image after a year - I uploaded a new image via ftp and changed the background setting in the theme-part of the admintool. And got the error "Warning: file_put_contents() [function.file-put-contents]: Only 0 of 181 bytes written, possibly out of free disk space (/iv-includes/include/ivfunctions.inc.php:16)" - but there is enough disk space, my space is unlimited. After that i saw the button "uplad background": I deleted the background via ftp and uploaded it via admin. Then I changed the background - same error. After this trials my background is "broken", I got neither the new one, nor the old... :(

After that I downloaded the themConfig.xml, edited the part manually and uploaded again via ftp - now the file is broken, shortly after the upload the filesize shrinks to 0 byte and the file is empty...

Can someone help, I am really clueless - and also my admins, they can't find any error on the server...

Thanks in advance,
Daniel

First of all, if you upload a file by FTP and the file size is 0kb, or its not accessible by WWW, then you need to speak to your host. This would not be related to Imagevue of course ... If you can upload files by FTP, and they work fine, then I need to check by link why they cant be accessed or uploaded by Imagevue. In that case, I need a link and login to your admin.

"Grummel" - as we say in German. There was a quota in my ftp-user and that also effected the iv-admin. Now everything works fine! :/

Sorry...
