Hello and sorry for late reply.
I'm glad you like it
The icons you can simply upload into folder iv-includes/images/icons/.
Remember that icon should be named same as language, and only in .png format (example: english.png).
For best look I recommend using 32x32pix icons (biger icons are scaled down anyway).
