Photo Gallery Forums

I know this is really pushing the limits, but I'd like to throw it out there in case there are others who'd be interested.

On top of the normal imagevuex gallery, perhaps a simple, nutz and bolts photography blog?

I would also really like a blog module, something similar to the textpages module. I mean i know it would be more complicated. In the mean time text pages will be ok but do you guys know if your planning on a blog module?

I am slightly skeptical to this suggestion. I have the opinion that some things look good in flash, while other suit HTML better. When it comes to "blog", I think its much better adapted to be displayed in HTML because of the amount, layout, flexibility and usability.

A "blog" in flash would simply not provide the benefits of a true html-based blog. At best, it would simply be a well-formatted textpage in the gallery. Why not just use the textpage and add formatted text to create a blog/news page?

Since then I would say I've reverted my original feelings on blogs
in flash to pretty much what you've already said Karl... just doesn't look right.
