Technically, yes. You may however need to edit a template file and insert the adsense code you get from Google.
However, are you sure it is worth it? How many hits do you get? It requires several 1000 unique hits per day to generate even a small amount from adsense. Besides that, there is small chance your website will be approved for adsense from Google ... they are picky, and don't like flash sites.
