Photo Gallery Forums

I have finished designing my gallery and I wanted to replace my existing website with the gallery. I moved all the files and folders to the top in the root of my website, but nothing is happening.
When I enter my website domain into the address bar I get this window appear

Index of /

v Name Last Modified Size

_____________________________________________________________

Please could someone explain where I am going wrong.

Could you send a link? In Private message if you must? Sounds to me like you did not copy all files ... or you did not copy them to root ... I don't want to say you did anything wrong, but this is the only logic I can deduct.

What happens if you go to your domain root, and add /index.php? ... File not found or what?
yourdomain.com/index.php

If you get "file not found", then either you did not copy all files, or you did not copy them to your web root.

One thing that often causes mistakes, is that the root of your FTP is normally not the root of your domain/website. Normally, your domain root is a folder called "public" or "www" or "public-www" ...
