Green page flashes up on entry to gallery

Hi
When i go to the gallery, especially when i have a slow connection - in my part of the UK slow is normal - i get a flash of a page in green giving me options, and then after a few seconds it goes through to the gallery. Is there a way for me to edit the text on that 'green' page that appears?
