Border on Naviagtion Menu Thumbnails?

Hey All,
Is it possible to put a white border around the thumbnails in the navigation menu (the mouseover thumbnail)

Unfortunately, you cannot add a custom border around the thumbnail in navi menu. There is already a 1px border around the preview-image, which is set automatically based on your theme colors.

OK so where can I change the color to white? In the CSS file? I think it is just black right now.

This is inherited from your foreground_color ...
We already have a bloated amount of settings, so we don't want to add a new settings for every little bell and whistle. This fires back ...
