Hello. How do I edit a page where there is flash player is not installed?

"a" page? You mean the page where it links to flash player?
iv-includes/templates/index.gallery.phtml
I don't know why you want to edit this though, because nobody sees it. Non-flash supported platforms re-direct to the html version.
