It would be great to add a key listener for zoomin and zoomout maybe key "+" for zooming in and key "-" to zooming out.

Right ... Will see what can be done. The only thing I don't like, is all the different keyboard layouts with specific mechanisms ...

You mean because of different language keyboard layouts? What has changed, why has it recently stopped working? It all worked before, what I'm refering to is e.g. @ sign why all these things that have always worked and now it is a pain. Why did they change a thing that worked before ? :-)

Sorry, I think you misunderstood a slightly. The problem with the @ sign is something strictly related to Flash text input fields when using wmode, and only in some browsers and with non-english keyboard layouts. This is an actual bug from Flash or the browser (that none of them seem to take responsibility for).

In regards to zoom keyboard shortcuts, this should not be a problem. I am only emphasizing that different keyboards come with different layouts. For example, on a Mac, the + and - characters are not even next to each other. Also, it is not 100% clear if these keys sometimes may have other functions in a browser, or if they are initiated from a keyboard combo. In the case that is crashes with some other functionality of the browser/OS, you gallery owners would quickly be upon up "hey, now I can't create new tabs in my browser ... it seems like Imagevue has hi-jacked this". Anyway, I am guessing it should work fine, but it is a concern.
