I am having trouble accessing the down load page, it just keeps getting onto a loop on the profile update page

Try to log out and then log in again. Try from another browser. Maybe empty your cache ... I can't see anything wrong from here.

Yes, exactly, now it works!! Only thing I did was shut the PC down for the night.
