Sorting on Date does not work

Hi,
I noticed that sorting the images on date (ascending or descending) does not sort as such.
I can't find out on what criteria it is sorting, but it is not on the creation date.

Maybe the date the picture was taken which is extracted from EXIF?
Could you please provide the login to your Imagevue Admin and the link to the folder with the files?

Throught PM you will already have found the links and the passwords.
An additional remark: in the folder I mentioned (and in some others) there is no difference after first sorting on date desc and then sorting on date asc .... (and vice versa)
Neiter of them sort by date...
Just to be sure: I'm talking about version 2.7 which I have downloaded on 4 may 19:32 hours.

All your files are having the same modification date. Enable Exif then they will be sorted by the date taken extracted from Exif data.

Ah... so I've to uncheck 'Disable Image Meta' in the Setting tab... then sort the folders to 'Date asc'...
(They indeed will sort then on date ascending...)
Then I've to check 'Disable Image Meta', so in the HTML-site the metadata is not being shown (which is what I want)...
So... the 'Disable Image Meta' does more than only the suppression of the meta-data on screen...

Yea and actually recently many people complained about this so I guess we will change disable Meta behavior a bit, so it will just disable meta information but leaves the sorting working.

As a matter of fact we've just updated your server with the dev snapshot that keeps the date taken sorting even with meta information disabled, enjoy.

Just had to test it somewhere... Releasing a Beta Update with this fix now.
