Hi,
I tried to delete one of my content folders using the gallery admin folder. I couldn't delete it, however, it appears that all my other folders were deleted and my site has been reset to the default configuration. I set this up two years ago and really don't want to spend the time to relearn/refigure out all the settings. Any ideas?

What do you mean "one of your content folders". You had multiple galleries running?
and now all "other" folders except the content folder you tried to delete, are deleted?
I am not sure what has happened, but Imagevue doesn't just delete files at random. Perhaps you have a link to your gallery so we can take a look at what you got at least? What version are you using?

Hi Karl,
I was demonstrating Imagevue to a friend and created a new folder to show him how to add content.
The folder was something like content/Temp
This was the folder that I couldn't delete. I later forced deletion of the folder by logging in through my web hosting service.
My site is:
www.davekynor.com (there is only one folder/gallery of images left.
I am running X2 from December 2008.
Thanks for any help!
Dave

When logging in to your FTP, you also only see this single folder? If so, unfortunately your folders are gone, unless your hosting makes some backup dumps once in a while ...
I am not sure how this happened of course, and can't really conclude on anything. All I can recommend, is that you upgrade to the latest release now that you have the opportunity. Re-uploading photos is simpler from the X2.6 admin at least, and I'm sure you will notice a lot of other nice features also.
