Don't know how really, but since there's now v2.6 a url per image to use the "link" button; I started to use that to link each picture with my Flickr stream so that more information Like location and extended description might be known.
It would be kinda cool to have some sort of smart detection of the link, and if it´s a Flickr address try to get as much info as possible (count of views, favorites, explore index, etc.) about the shot and create some sort of display like the one for exif.

Of course there's the deal with Flickr security and privacy filters, and access of public photos that would have to be adressed and some sort of "flickr authentication" to Allow Imagevue access to personal galleries but I believe that it's workable.

So that's it that's my suggestion of a tiny feature

I can say one thing immediately: There will not be any kind of cross-feed communication between images in Imagevue and their counter-part images at Flickr. Its too tedious, and then why not just host ALL images at Flickr instead and just have Imagevue as frontend? --- We do hope to make a bridge between Flickr and Imagevue however, which basically will feed your Imagevue gallery frontend with images and info directly from Flickr. This means that it will not only get info for an image, but also load the entire image from flickr, so basically you would manage your gallery from your Flickr admin (except the styling and interface of course).

For me - I just created a link in Imagevuex to my Flickr photos using an app called FlickrTab that I purchased a while back but there are free ones as well and they work great. I have a lot of pics up on Flickr that I would like available to visitors if they want to view them from my site - but then there are certain ones I want on my personal site only. Try that for an option till the integration one day is complete with imagevuex. Just an idea or my opinion.
