Flash does not support mp4 video, and since Imagevue is flash, then Imagevue does not support mp4 video either. Flash only supports FLV video, and most users convert their video to FLV for online usage.

However, you can still use mp4 video files in your gallery, but they will not open directly in the Imagevue interface. They will open in a new window, usually in the browser-player .
