Image Manual sorting

I try to use the manual mode of sort but my thumbnails are not saved why ?

Are image descriptions getting saved? Maybe file xml file is not writable? Do you get any errors? Could you please provide a login and password to your gallery so we could take a look?

I have not erron but the thumbnails return in them old position

Just checked your gallery, actually there are couple of Notices on top, not exactly errors of course, but they are in red anyway.
Notice: Indirect modification of overloaded property
Looks like you've only partly upgraded Imagevue and there are some old files left from the previous version, probably iv-includes/include/ivView.class.php or some other files might be from an old version.
Just upload everything one more time, it should fix this. If it won't - please provide an ftp login and we will upload it for you.
