Audio Player start stop play controls not appearing

Audio Player start stop play controls not appearing-- they are checked to display in dashboard, have cleared cache, etc, checked and changed colors of fonts using css and change background audio player to check if they are just 'hidden'- to no avail, believe this is a bug-- using a copy of the White template as start for my custom template. If you could check and then contact me if you need passwords and access. Thanks
