All Images in Manage Section of Admin Broken Links

I loaded the latest revision of IV tonight and now all images in the manage section of the admin appear as broken links. I recreated all thumbnails for my site thinking it might fix the problem... but no success.
This is true for both folders, images, and preview images

This is bit strange, could you please provide an ftp login so we could take a look?

I needed to manage a few things so I backed up and loaded the Jan 28th release and this problem was resolved. There is definitely a bug in the Feb 4th build

Sorry to say, but the 'bug' is actually on your server. To force thumbnail refresh we add a file date to the link. But your server can't return those files correctly. Please contact your hosting support:
