Wrong Thumbnail when sharing to FB at the Thumbnail Level

I changed the "cover" picture in the manage section of the admin. Expected the cover thumbnail to be the one used for Facebook sharing. However the thumbnail that was the previous cover is what comes up.

I checked this, and can only conclude that this is because Facebook is caching thumbnails previously created from a page. I checked your page, and it certainly shows your new image:

You can also see that it displays this image before it refreshes on the page where facebook looks:

Unfortunately, I think this may be out of our hands ...
