Is there any way to apply a description or fill in a purchase link for multiple images?

For example:
Having uploaded several hundred images to the gallery, I would like to be able to have all of the images show the same description and show the same purchase link WITHOUT the necessity of filling in every description or purchase link for each individual image.

Specifically, I would like all images to have a click-able link to the purchase page on my main site and I would like to be able to add this link to all of my images at the same time instead of filling in the link for every single image in each individual folder.

Oh, and did I mention I'd like to be able to do this across multiple folders?

The only way to achieve something like this, would be to use the folder-description and display it for all images. You could then create a single link in your folder description, and then have this display globally for all images in the folder. For multiple folder, you would have to repeat the description for all folders ...

You would have to go to admin -> settings -> image.text.text1.items, and enable folderdescription.
