I don't know whether this is a bug or currently feature is not yet compatible.

I tried the horizontal menu and i seem to like it but when i notice on the 3rd level of the folder it overlap the 2nd level folder.

also i notice the on the first mouse over the menu drop 3 to 5 pixels i don't know why.

The Horizontal menu option is simply not very good because its just a workaround of the vertical menu. Read more:
