I just purchased the upgrade to the latest version of Imagevuex. I am wondering if there is a way to convert my old Imagevuex photo comments to the new version of Imagevuex. I have a few thousand images and doing them by hand would not be very much fun.

From Imagevue V1 to Imagevue X2? There is no pre-made script for this, but there is a thread about that here:

Another option would be to edit XML files directly. That would at least save some time ...

Thankfully I had a friend who had the time and skill to write a script to convert the comments for for me.

I have a few thousand pictures... doing this by hand was not an option.

I kinda think this type of conversion should have been included in the upgrade. Hopefully it will be for future release.
