Upgrade vom 2.5b to 2.5 Final Admin Setting Page Error

Hi
I have got upgrades from the 2.5b to the 2.5 Final.
And now when i am openin at the admin menu the setting page i geht these 2 errors
Warning: reset() [function.reset]: Passed variable is not an array or object (/iv-admin/templates/config.index.phtml:38)
Warning: key() [function.key]: Passed variable is not an array or object (/iv-admin/templates/config.index.phtml:43)
Whats there the Problem?

Please supply us with the link to the your gallery, Imagevue Control Panel login and ftp login if possible to check and fix on your server.

Anybody else having this bug? We need an ftp login to fix this.
