How to force Fullscreen from start?

Hi, is there a way, or could a way be developed, to *force* fullscreen, without requiring a click from the user?
As soon as someone is in my gallery I'd like it to take over the screen.... (a click or Esc would end fullscreen)

Sorry, this just isn't possible. The same reasons you mention, are the exact same reasons why Adobe/Flash have integrated the fullscreen option with security limitations. Going fullscreen simply requires a click-ACTION taken by the user, so that the web-page cannot "hi-jack" the users browser (I believe this is a fair reason).
In the latest release, we added a new option in admin -> Settings -> controls.fullscreen_click, which simply allows you to set the gallery to go fullscreen on the users FIRST click in the gallery anywhere. It does nevertheless have to be a click, no matter how you twist and turn it ...
