Updating Imagevue Admin really slow.

I have two sites that I am using with imagevue and I just reloaded from scratch X2 on one of these sites. This is a complete reinstall, clean pristine and latest version of X2. Every time I make a change in the imagevue admin, no matter what the change, the admin interface takes about two minutes to accept.

I have 2 sites using similar themes, the one takes 2-3 mins to accept change and the other site accepts change in a matter of seconds. I have tried multiple machines, imac i7 8g ram macbook pro same, and windows 7 16g ram i7 and the problem is consistent with all machines. On the other hand there is no problem with the other site.

I thought I made an error loading the files to my server so I deleted and uploaded again, same issue. Everything seems to work but the lag time to accept the changes is really frustrating. Any ideas

Do you have a link to your gallery? This is something on server, it's not anything you could solve with powerful computer on your side.

How many images/folder do you have in your content folder? If you could provide ftp login to your site and login to Imagevue Control Panel so we could poke around they would certainly come in handy.

This happened from the beginning using only the default images. Right now I loaded up a bunch of test images to test the site. I will need an email address or IM to send my FTP infoto .

thanks

I do know that the problem only happens when I working on the themes or settings in the imagevue admin area.

Just checked it, it really slows down when it comes to managing large xmls (config/theme edit).
It also runs php4, and it seems that server is just underpowered maybe old computer or not enough memory is dedicated to your site.
You gotta contact your hosting provider.
What hardware does this runs on? Can they switch you to php5 and more powerful rig? Maybe increase virtual memory limits for your site also.
