Sorry to bore you, I know there are many topics about this issue but unfortunately I’m not able to order the name folder in menu.
Could someone explain me step by step how resolve it ?

Many thanks but it's not I want exactly.
Doing so I'll see in the menu the number plus title:
001_portfolio
002_bio
003_contact
Surfing in other sites I see that people use a different method

Then I rename the "Title" in each folder in admin
All my folder are sorted alphabetics in folders, and renamed Title
