How to change position of thumbnails

Hello, is it possible to position the thumbnails preview bar under the main control bar, this is after we have clicked on the preliminary thumbnail to view a picture.

Sorry, do you have a link to your gallery so I can see how it is set up?
The thumbnail-scroller is normally always unders the main controls, unless maybe you have changed alignment settings for the controls, or maybe changed the image scaling method ...

Sorry, the answer is no. I don't really see how you plan to have the thumbnail-scroller BELOW the controls the way you have positioned it anyway. This is how it looks on my 13" macbook:
