Trying to save goes to white screen

Hello all,

I have the X2 software uploaded and all CHMOD permissions set. I am on a default installation other than a new user added upon login to the Admin account (which did save). Now that I am in the admin area, if I try to make any changes to the Settings, Themes, etc I am presented with a blank white screen and no errors. The change that I was trying to apply never goes into effect either. The gallery displays fine, plays MP3s and videos without any problem - I just cannot make any changes to it. Any thoughts? TIA.

Update: The USERconfig.xml file in the imagevue/config/ directory doesn't exist, or seem to ever have been created by the X2 software. Possible problem? And if so, how is this resolved? (And corrected in the future?)

With the help of Support, this has been resolved. Apparently there was a bug in the software that I had downloaded 4 days earlier. New software has resolved this issue.
