Hi,

I'm having trouble saving changes to the options under Menu/MainMenu

I'm trying to set

enabled: unchecked
close_same_level: checked
autohide: unchecked
startshow: checked

But when I hit the save button at the bottom of the page I don't receive a confirmation message saying "Configuration successfully saved"

I do, however, get a green confirmation message if I use the save button at the top of the page.

But when I scrolldown to the mainmenu options after, they are not actually saved.

I have tried saving one option at a time but this doesn't help either.

Any help would be great - thanks!

Can you try to click the SAVE button ABOVE the settings instead of the one at the bottom? I have heard of problems earlier with servers that run suhosin and this ...

If it doesn't change anything, please send a link to your admin with login.

The save button at the top doesn't fix the issue.

I've noticed that I do have an issue with suhosin though:
"Oh, bad luck. This is some 'hardened php' project which went wrong. You might have to disable it. Related topic on www.photo.gallery"

I've tried disabling it using a .htaccess in the gallery root with the line "php_flag suhosin.simulation On" but that didn't disable suhosin.

So I tried adding "suhosin.simulation=Off" into a php.ini in the root but unfortunately that didn't disable it either.

I've contacted my web hosting company to see if they can disable it for me. Hopefully that's the issue.

If only top Save button works - this is Suhosin for sure. Ask your provider about how to disable it if .htaccess doesn't help.
