Some folders not showing any thumbnails

I've never used the HTML gallery before, however someone I know is having trouble installing Flash, so I wanted to give them access the the HTML version of the gallery.
However when I've looked at the HTML version lots of the folders are not showing any thumbnails, but some are. The Flash version is fine.
Anyone any idea why this would be and how to fix it?

Thanks, I checked your gallery and can confirm the problem.
Can you try to remove the apostrophe' in "... Elaine's Wedding ..."? Change it to "... Elaines Wedding ... " WITHOUT the 'apostrophe ... I believe this is the culprit, as html often has hickups in the code with this characters.
This is why we recommend using STRICT basic latin characters in foldernames and filesnames. See the following example -
Title: Harry & Jerry's Holiday
Foldername: harry-and-jerrys-holiday
As you can see, the foldername is a simplified version of the TITLE. The title, you can set in the imageuve admin, will support ANY character, and works as an ALIAS for your foldername. Folder names are often restricted in length an character-type, while the title is simply stored in an XML file.
