need for help - authentication required

Today I open my imagevue, an authentication window pops up.
I just wondering there was no such window popped up before.
I tried to input admin user name & password. It still doesn't work.
In addition, background music doesn't work.
How it could be then and how to solve it?

Do you have a link? Sounds like a hack or something changed by your provider.

It's your mp3 file ... Somebody has set a password on it, so an authentication window pops up when Imagevue tries to load it. I am not sure if someone has set a password on this file, or it might be some other reason like your server host doesn't allow mp3 files ...
1. Either you gotta remove the password from the file
2. If you didnt set it, someone else did, or it is your server host that has some special settings for mp3 files.
