Hello,

My gallery has always worked in the past with no problems but recently my email functionality stopped. I now get an error when trying to email and the error is vague something to the effect of "could not mail"

I did the test script and the email gives back a red X mark with no explanation. So I don't know where to look or what I can do to find out why it has stopped working.

My hosting is with godaddy and I used to have windows, and changed to unix hosting a few months ago. What can I do to figure out this issue? HELP!!! ;-(

Hi,

I rand your emailtest script and it said it FAILED. I called godaddy support and they of course can't use your test so they ran their own test script and confirmed that PHPMail is working fine on their test. So I am now not sure what else I can do / check to get emails working.

I also installed a clean imagevuex gallery in a new test folder and the email doesn't work as well - so it appears to be a server thing. Are there any scripts for PHP Mail on my server that I could look for or check?

Any help appreciated.

Download latest version once again we've added SMTP support there. So you can just use your own email account to send emails.
