Togglefullscreen and Firefox 3.6.4

When I use the button "Togglefullscreen" with Firefox, OK I'm in fullscreeen.
But after, the slideshow or the screen stays on an image and nothing is moving.
If I use "Esc", all is right (so, not in fullscreen).

But, If I use a personal link for "Fullscreen", it's OK !

Error ? Firefox ? Any idea ?

you seem to be right ... When clicking a button to EXIT fullscreen, there seems to be some flaw(like an invisible layer). You can however just CLICK ANYWHERE and all the buttons and interactivity return to normal.

I am not sure what this, and in fact it seems like this problem is not only for Firefox. I will look into and figure out what causes it!

Thanks for reporting ...

Chrome, Fire Fox and Safari got the same issues. IE works fine.

Dear all,

i can confirm this. After toggling into full screen mode (Firefox 3.6.6), no screen control is reacting. Whereever you click with the mouse, nothing happens ... even if you click several times. The key controls (arrow keys etc.) are still working.

After exiting to normal mode with ESC, the controls return to normal operation.

Kind regards,
Marco

Same here and clicking anywhere doesn't make it back to normal. Only ESC + clicking anywhere does.

I have confirmed there is a flaw, but I don't have the same issue as you apparently. The problem occurs when clicking to EXIT FULLSCREEN ... The interactivity seems to lock, but you can click anywhere on the screen ONCE, and all controls will return back to normal.

I don't see any problem when in fullscreen mode itself. All interactivity+navigation works in fullscreen mode on firefox 3.6.6 here - The problem occurs only when I EXIT fullscreen with the fullscreen button (with escape it works fine).

Well that's weird... I have the same symptoms with Firefox in safe mode (plugins deactivated) and on Google Chrome. And from the other posts, I think other users have the same symptoms as me.
I haven't got the chance to try on another computer yet, but I will surely do soon.

Fullscreen works just fine when I right-click then select "Go Full Screen" from the menu. But it doesn't work at all if I click on the picture on my homepage or if I click on the Go Full Screen icon while browsing in the gallery.

No matter, I will do more research, and have this sorted out with next release ...

No, here I have full lock-up after entering full screen mode.

He's right. Same here.
very weird, but at least now I know it's not a problem with FF or with Flash.. because right click + "go full screen" from menu = works great!

Hi Karl,

any news concerning a fix of that?

And - offtopic - i don't even dare to ask for the feature to protect galleries with a password, which is promised since years ... :?

I believe this issue has now been fixed, and will be available in a new release pending.

This should explain the issue:

and when will this new version be available?
can you at least release a quick fix for this so we don't have to wait and wait and wait..... with a broken-full-screen website?

thank you :)
