I see I can upload video but without icon, there's a technical reason for it? Do you think it will be possible to fix it in the future? Imagine Youtube without icons, should be really SAD!

Youtube control their own servers, and can use programs that create thumbnails from video files. Unfortunately, imagevue can not create thumbnails, because the servers do not have any program to create thumbnails from your video files.
If you owned your own server, you could install a program that can create thumbnails from video files.
You are aware you can create thumbnails manually for video files? If you have a video file myvideo.flv, simply create your own thumbnails tn_myvideo.jpg.

You can use services like keepvid.com for example or Firefox video extracting extensions.

You mean link the thumbnail to the video file? As I said above, for example if your video file is called "myvideo.flv", create your own thumbnail "tn_myvideo.jpg". Because of the same filename, it will automatically be linked to the video file.
