Do you think it will be possible, in near future, to have a resize option in the uploading feature, I know I can resize pictures in PShop but should be nice an [adjustable] autocropping option like in flickr or facebook.
Wath do you think about?

Yes, in the next major release of Imagevue there may be two new methods for resizing photos on upload. Let me explain briefly:

1. There will be a new multiple file uploader module, which has the option to resize the photos on upload. This is a very practical solution, but it has one minor imperfection: Images are slightly blurred compared to the original. To the everyday-user, this will not be visible, but to a professional photographer, it may create unwanted results if you demand extremely crisp images.

2. You will be able to have images resized after upload if your server has the imagemagick extension installed.

3. We are also thinking of making a desktop uploader module, that resizes images on upload.

You are also asking about "adjustable autocropping" - I guess you mean for creation of thumbnails? We may consider an additional interface for manually creating unique thumbnails.

Its really annoying have to resize all my 1500+ dslr photos before I upload them

But you can just get any free image viewer/resizer out there and just do batch resize on a folder while drinking tea or reading an article, it wont take more than few minutes anyway. Like for example http://xnview.com/ if you're on Windows. Or use Mac OS built-in Preview.

Almost every free gallery has the future.

But im not going to use a freeware gallery, as its bad supported and not as powerfull as this gallery

X2 is almost the best, just missing that option to be the best
