We implemented Imagevue for a client around 2years ago and everything has worked fantastic until today when the 'Upload Files' button stopped working (the client may not have used the button for 3-6 months as they don't update their site that much).
When the button is pressed no 'File Dialog' is displayed (Firefox and I.E. - both latest versions).
Anybody any ideas why the button would suddenly stop working and not display the 'File Dialog'??

Hmm that's kinda strange, first thing I would recommend to update the gallery to latest release, I don't remember we had any problems with uploading for a good while now.
Second, if it still not working after update - please provide a link to your site and passwords for control panel, sometimes hosting providers do some changes in their system and install additional security modules which might prevent uploaders from working correctly.
But first thing is to make sure you're running the latest version.

If you are using an older version, which it sounds like you are, you need to update. When Adobe released Flash player 10 some time ago, it corrupted all flash uploaders including the one that comes with imagevue. We had to upgrade the uploader to work with the new Flash 10 player. Most likely your client has recently upgraded to the flash 10 player, while still using an older version of Imagevue. Upgrade it!
