E-Mail notification /contact formular

Hello,
how can I recreate the Mail Formular from the Contactbutton?
Because I want to choose something. And If its possible, that I can add more facts to the formular?
I am waiting of a answer.

Sorry, the contactform is hardcoded into the flash frontend. You can only edit the text for the fields, and how the data is sent in email... You cant change the actual form.

How can I change this? In which data? And is it right I cant add a new field for example Web Adress or Birthday in this concat - form?

No, sorry. As I tried to express through my previous reply, you can not change the contactform.
You can only TRANSLATE the texts in the form by editing your language from the admin interface.

Ok. And its right, that I can work on the E-Mail notification. If yes who I can find this data? For the Mail.

You mean email templates? Check imagevue/templates/contact.html and sendlink.html
