That message we are having every time when trying to upload either *.flv file - even as small as 20 Mb.
Please advise where can we switch off or extend that limit?

Your host need to increase your upload limit, as already stated...

Thanks for the reply, but I'm hoster for myself; I'm keeping the hosting-reselling package and I never set any limits for uploads there; also I'm able to upload any file of any size via ftp to that host so no limitation exists.
Where that limit can be otherwise set up?

.htaccess in the root of your server, if you can see it. There are no size limits anywhere else, if you are a reseller, then the main host still sets limits on uploads, or all the bandwidth would be used up by a few people uploading Gbs of files !!!

.htaccess in our root is empty. I would suppose that there should be php.ini file somewhere and it should contain such settings as
upload_max_filesize and post_max_size
but I still can't find it; will inquire to our primary hosting company to see if they can help.

I'd recommend contacting your host support about increasing upload limits.
