Trouble accessing Admin page

www.benwoodhams.com

Hello - to access my admin page I have to type www.benwoodhams.com/imagevue, and then an html menu comes up (= the contents of the imagevue admin folder). From this menu I have to select 'index.php', which THEN opens the admin page. Once I am in the admin page I have no problems APART FROM my previous posts relating to the name of the website (which remains 'imageview gallery' despite me changing it in the settings), and e-mails received from the website (which come as garbled html), which I believe are connected.

I have tried moving the contents of the imagevue folder within my webhost to www.benwoodhams.com, but this messes EVERYTHING up. I have also tried moving the imagevue folder to www., but my I get an error message.

I really don't know what to do, any help GREATLY appreciated...

Cheers, Ben

You need to contact your hosting support about this, they somehow forgot to set index.php as default index file for folder.

What of changing gallery name, that's little bit strange because your config file is correct, and you can see custom title when logging into admin, looks to me that you've edit something.

IIRC in htaccess you can use
DirectoryIndex followed by which to open first.

Example:
DirectoryIndex index.php index.html index.htm

If you have access to it you can do it yourself.
Otherwise take Pain's advice and contact your host.

Index fixed, but web title problem persists

Thanks, web host has sorted it now.

Still got the problem with the name of website not appearing. Linked to this (I'm sure) is the fact that if I google 'ben woodhams.com' or 'ben woodhams illustrator', the site does not come up at all! (as opposed to these forum posts, which do)... this is a real nightmare, any more suggestions please!?!?! If I did edit something, I've no idea what I did!

Sorry about deleting your post, although this was just your Imagevue Control Panel.

1. Do not post passwords in forum, use Private Message
2. We need ftp password, not from Imagevue, we will need to upload files.

So please send me your ftp login info by clicking PM bottom below this post.
