Hi to all, pls help me to what is the possible reason for my images fail to show instead it show JPG logo...everything work great including the admin. If there any setting i need to tune or it is my hosting site need something else to make it work?

I had tried clear all caches still the same. oh yes important point is that the bar is not working at all...how to make it work?

Been tried all sort solutions for a day since I paid for it, it still fail to make it work.

JPG logo is show when thumbnail is not created for this image, which might mean either original image is corrupted, too big to be processed with current memory restrictions or permissions are not set.

Did I answer you on this in email? In any case a link would help. Also what 'bar' are you talking about?

Hi, I'm having the same problem. With previous imagevue version it didn't even load on anything other than Windows Firefox (else the loading circle just kept spinning).
With the newest imagevue version it still works OK in Firefox but in other browsers it loads everything except images and I also get just JPG logos. Now I'm wondering if this is some kind of browser issue, or I'm doing something wrong? My site is at mali.visoko.si and images are uploaded at 1500px on the longer side (which I think shouldn't be too much). I also tried the email support but didn't get any real help, so I was hoping you could help me here.

Please provide links to galleries and logins so we can take a look atleast. Looks like there are like 3 people with this problem, but we need to investigate this somehow before we can come to conclusion.

Did anybody try to contact their hosting support and ask them about what's going on?
