hi,
how can I change the position of the video button (play, stop, forward etc....)

Sorry, the FLV player interface is a special skin created by the FLV player developers. You can't easily change this ... You could create your own skin, but that would require good knowledge of actionscript and a lot of patience.

is there any chance to upload any flv video to the gallery at all?
even as small as 20 Mb file causes a "file is too big" message.

could you please help to find out where to change or switch off that limit?

That's probably a server-side limit, I have some very large flv's and they all play quite comfortably ( once loaded..) you may need to ask your host to give you larger upload limit...

This is simply a server-side limit, that we can not control in any way. It is set from your web host in the PHP.ini file. You can of course upload FLV files with FTP instead, but Imagevue can not change how large files you are allowed to upload as this is a server restriction.
